Wire Swing Tester


This tester complies with relevant standards such as UL817, specifically the "General Safety Requirements for Flexible Cord Components and Power Supply Cords". It is suitable for manufacturers and quality inspection departments to conduct bending tests on power cords and DC cords.


This machine is specifically designed to test the folding resistance of the lead - out wires of plugs and cables. The speed signal is collected by a photoelectric sensor and transmitted to a digital display meter. You can directly read the value by adjusting the stepless speed governor.


Test Method: Fix the test sample on the fixture and apply a certain load. The fixture swings left and right. After a certain number of swings, check the wire breakage rate. Or when the power cannot be transmitted, check the total number of swings. The machine can automatically stop working.

The test speed is adjustable： ranging from 10 to 60 times per minute.

The bending angle is adjustable： ranging from 10 degrees to 180 degrees.

Workstation：Conduct the tests on 6 plug lead wires simultaneously each time.

The number of bending times can be preset from 0 to 999,999.
