Chamber Structure Parameters

Material: The outer shell is typically made of high-quality stainless steel or cold-rolled steel plate with a spray coating treatment, while the inner lining is mostly made of SUS304 stainless steel, offering good corrosion resistance.
Dimensions: The inner chamber size varies depending on the model and requirements. Common sizes include W600×D600×H1200mm, W800×D800×H1200mm, W1000×D1000×H1200mm, etc.
Observation Window: Generally equipped with 10-12mm thick tempered glass or acrylic observation windows, allowing for easy monitoring of the test process. Some models use 12mm tempered glass bonded together.

Water Immersion System Parameters

Immersion Depth: Typically 1 meter or more. The immersion depth for most devices ranges from 0 to 1200mm, with scale markings, and accuracy up to ±1mm.
Water Level Control: The water level is manually adjusted through the inlet/outlet valves. Some devices are also equipped with a float switch and overflow pipe for water level control.
Circulating Water System: Equipped with a circulating water filtration system to filter and recycle the test water, ensuring that the water remains clean.
