The Large Drop Testing Machine is designed for drop testing of large items such as furniture, office desks and chairs, home appliances, and packaging. It supports bare drops (products without packaging) and packaged drops (products with their packaging), allowing evaluation of the product’s impact resistance during handling and transportation, as well as assessing potential damage from falls.

The machine enables free-fall tests on the faces, edges, and corners of packages. It is equipped with a PLC touchscreen display and a decoder for height tracking, ensuring precise drop height measurements with an error of no more than 2% or 10 mm from the preset height.

Featuring a dual-arm, dual-column structure, the machine offers electric reset, electronic drop control, and electric lift functions for ease of operation. Its unique cushioning system significantly enhances the machine’s durability, stability, and safety. The single-arm setup simplifies product placement, and the impact surface and base plate plane maintain an angular error of no more than 5°.
