Introduction to the structure of hot and cold shock test chamber

Introduction to the structure of hot and cold shock test chamber
  1. Overall Structure
The cold and heat shock test chamber adopts an integrated modular structure. It consists of:

    • A high-temperature chamber located at the upper part.
    • A low-temperature chamber located at the lower part.
    • A refrigeration unit cabinet at the back.
    • An electrical control cabinet (system) located on the rear left panel.

This design ensures a small footprint, compact structure, and aesthetic appearance. The refrigeration unit is housed in an independent cabinet to minimize vibration and noise during operation, ensuring minimal interference with the test chamber. It also facilitates installation and maintenance of the refrigeration unit. The electrical control panel is positioned on the left side of the test chamber for ease of operation.

  2. Internal Wall Material
The internal wall of the chamber is made of imported SUS304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and aesthetically pleasing.

  3. External Wall Material
The external wall is constructed from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheets with an electrostatic powder coating finish for durability.

  4. Insulation Material
Premium ultra-fine glass fiber wool and imported non-flammable PU (polyurethane) are used for insulation.

  5. Observation Window
A 350mm x 250mm electric heat-coated anti-moisture and thermal insulation observation window is installed on the upper chamber door (high-temperature chamber).

  6. Sample Rack
A static stainless steel sample rack is included.

  7. Sample Rack Load Capacity
The sample rack can support a weight of ≥50 kg.

  8. Cable Port
A 50mm diameter cable port is located in the middle of the sample rack for cable passage.

  9. Laboratory Lighting
The chamber is equipped with an explosion-proof lamp for internal lighting.

  10. Cooling Tower
The cooling tower is placed adjacent to the equipment for easy connection of water inlet and outlet pipes.

Applications

The cold and heat shock test chamber is designed and manufactured according to user requirements. It is suitable for conducting high and low-temperature shock tests, as well as storage and testing under high or low-temperature environments. Typical applications include:

  • Aerospace
  • Military
  • Naval
  • Electrical and electronic products

The chamber can perform climate environment acceleration tests on complete devices, components, electrical appliances, instruments, materials, coatings, and plating layers. These tests allow users to evaluate the performance and behavior of test specimens under specific environmental conditions.
