The Domestic Laboratory Instrument Demonstration Alliance becomes the pilot of the 2012 Industrial Technology Alliance
Recently, the Ministry of Science and Technology released the 2012 list of pilot projects for Industrial Technology Innovation Strategic Alliances, which includes 39 alliances such as the Domestic Scientific Instrument Equipment Application Demonstration Industrial Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, focusing on industrial technology innovation and strategic alliances.
Announcement on the Release of the 2012 Industrial Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance Pilot List
To: Science and Technology Departments (Committees, Bureaus) of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, and cities with separate planning, as well as the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Science and Technology Bureau, and relevant entities:
The pilot alliances should utilize the construction and operation of the pilot program to focus on fostering the development of strategic emerging industries, upgrading traditional industries, actively exploring the establishment of long-term mechanisms for industry-university-research collaboration, strengthening industrial technology R&D and innovation, and promoting the dissemination of results. They should improve the industrial technology innovation chain, drive innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises, enhance core industry competitiveness, and provide experience for the healthy development of more alliances (e.g., ultrasonic extraction machines and integrated magnetic stirrers).
The Ministry of Science and Technology will strengthen its guidance and monitoring of the pilot alliances, increase support for alliances through science and technology plans, innovation bases, and technology policies, and conduct evaluations and assessments at the end of the pilot period.
Local science and technology management departments and relevant entities are required to maintain close contact and support for the pilot alliances to promote their healthy development. Any significant situations or issues arising during the pilot process should be promptly reported to the Ministry of Science and Technology.
